Noreen Clark, Ph.D.
Director, Center for Managing Chronic Disease and Myron E. Wegman Distinguished University Professor; former Dean of the School of Public Health and professor of Health Education and Health Behavior at the University of Michigan with many years of field experience in public health issues; has served as consultant on community health projects in the United States and countries in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean, and has particular expertise in operations research.

Hernan Sanhueza, M.D.
Chilean physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology with more than 20 years experience in public health, primarily through the development and management of family planning programs in developing countries; former Chief Executive Officer of International Planned Parenthood Federation/Western Hemisphere Region; former Executive Director of the Inter-American Parliamentary Group.

DR_SAIDr. Fred Sai, a Ghanaian family health physician trained in the Universities of London, Edinburgh and Harvard, is internationally recognized for his gender and reproductive health advocacy.

He has held important positions both in Ghana and internationally including Director of Medical Services and Professor of Community Health in Ghana, and Senior Population Advisor to the World Bank. Dr. Sai was president of IPPF from 1989 to 1995.

Dr. Sai served as chair of the International Conference on Population and Development, ICPD, in Cairo in 1994, which produced the Programme of Action, calling for world attention to the improvement of the status of women.

Dr. Sai continues his involvement nationally as advisor to the Government of Ghana on Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS issues; and internationally in the promotion of the ICPD Agenda.

He is a longstanding member of FCI's Board and currently serves as its Chair.
